What is your policy on cancellations or rescheduling of transport services?

If you want to cancel your booking, you can do so within 2 days of making the booking. However, if you cancel your booking after this time, your cancellation request will not be accepted, and the booking amount paid will be accepted as the cancellation charge. This charge will not be refunded in any conditions.
If you need to reschedule your transport service, you can do so at no extra cost, provided that the service is available on the requested dates and time. You can contact our team to check for availability and make the necessary arrangements.

What happens if my goods are damaged during transport?

In case of any damage reported for the goods due to handling which are carried on carrier's risk, our surveyor will analyze the depth of damage, and repair support will be extended from the company's end, or compensation will be offered.
Additionally, every single shipment is covered under transit insurance if booked under carrier's risk by the customer at the time of booking. This insurance secures your shipment against theft, damage due to accidents, and against loss due to fire in transit. We highly recommend that you opt for this insurance to protect your shipment during transit.
