Cargo Services

If there is any delay in delivery beyond the estimated date, we at Wayzzag™ understand the inconvenience caused to our customers. Therefore, we offer a compensation of Rupees 50/- per day up to Rupees 500/- to make up for any such delay. We take responsibility for our commitments and strive to provide a seamless experience to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Packers & Movers Services

Wayzzag™ understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ensure that our customers’ goods reach their destination on time. In case of any unforeseen delays, we offer compensation of Rs. 100/- per day up to a maximum of Rs. 1000/- for our Packers & Movers services.

Bike | Car Transport

Wayzzag™ bike and car transport services come with a guarantee of on-time delivery, and in case of any delay beyond the estimated date, we offer compensation of Rs. 100 per day up to a maximum of Rs. 750 to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

Full Truck Load

For Full Truck Load services, Wayzzag™ understand the importance of timely pickup and delivery. In case of any delays beyond the mentioned date/time, we offer refunds up to Rs. 3000 or 5% of the booking amount, whichever is less.

Part Truck Load

Wayzzag™ Part Truck Load service assures timely pickup and delivery. However, in case of any delay, we provide a refund of up to Rs. 2000 or 5% of the booking amount, whichever is less. At Wayzzag™, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.
